If you cancel before we have started reviewing documents, preparing forms, or providing individualized assistance, contact us promptly so we can review whether the service fee can be refunded.
After Work Has Started
Once individualized work has begun, the amount eligible for refund may be reduced to reflect work already performed. Third-party, government, VFS, courier, notarization, or similar charges are governed by the policies of the organization that received those payments.
No Passport-Issuance Guarantee
Our fee is for private assistance. We do not control acceptance, processing speed, requests for additional documents, or passport/OCI issuance decisions.
