These terms explain the nature and limits of our independent application-assistance service.

Independent Service

IndianPassportService.com is a private assistance service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government of India, an Indian Embassy or Consulate, Passport Seva, or VFS Global.

No Guarantee of Approval or Timing

We can assist with preparation, but government authorities and authorized service providers control acceptance, adjudication, issuance, additional verification and processing time.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, reviewing prepared documents before submission, and verifying current official requirements and fees.

Fees

Our assistance fee is separate from government, service-provider, courier, notary and other third-party charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
